FIT Automate

Procedures your team and your AI read the same way.

FIT Docs is a documentation system for small businesses. It keeps one current answer for each procedure, puts a name on it, and makes sure the version people read is the version someone signed off.

The problem

In most businesses of 2 to 25 people, the real answers live in someone's head or in a folder of old files. That was manageable when people did the looking. Now your team asks Copilot or ChatGPT, and those tools answer from whatever they find, including the version from two years ago.

Example

A 12-person bookkeeping office has three copies of its month-end close checklist. A new hire asks the AI assistant how to close the month and gets the oldest one. Nobody notices until a client's books are wrong.

What changes

  1. Every document has a named owner.

When something is out of date, you know who fixes it.

  2. A named person signs off on the exact version.

Any edit after that sends it back for review on its own, so a changed procedure can't pass as an approved one.

  3. Internal stays internal.

Only what you mark public goes out.

  4. Your team and your AI tools read the same reviewed version.

    One answer, not three.

You own it

It runs from files you keep. There's no new database to manage, and you can take everything with you.

Where it is today

FIT Docs is in private alpha. We run our own documents through it first.
